Only two bridges, Bourne and Sagamore, bring you to Cape Cod where there is fun for everyone.

Our three story 1988 Contemporary Post and Beam home is scenically situated near the Bourne Bridge at the edge of the "Busiest Canal in the World" (according to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers).

The entire first floor is for our Bed and Breakfast guests' enjoyment. Your hosts occupy the second and third floors. A total of 6-1/2 rooms, 2 baths and 2 cable TV's resembles your own spacious condo.

The living room with cable TV and fireplace plus three other rooms offer a wonderful view of the Cape Cod Canal and Bourne Bridge.

The unique hoist Railroad Bridge (one of two in the world), may be seen and enjoyed during breakfast in the turret room which also doubles for entertainment and lounging.

From this location it's only minutes drive to the beautiful Gulf Stream beaches, public tennis courts, golf courses and John Gallo Ice Skating Rink. We are walking distance to personal convenience stores, bus service, restaurant, laundromat and Bourne library. Don't spend your well-deserved vacation hours in the "summer rat race" of traffic.

Our large yard has a picnic table for guests only. We are only steps to fishing, jogging and inline skating on a 7 mile paved scenic bicycle trail along the Cape Cod Canal.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers supervises 30,000 vessels of all sizes each year along 17 miles of continuously changing tides and currents. A visit to their Headquarters offers the tourist an abundance of knowledge concerning modern computers for navigation skills to maneuver ships up to 85,000 tons and 800 feet in length around the bends.

Navy and Coast Guard ships of various classes, superb yachts, huge foreign tankers and cargo ships, mammoth luxury cruise ships beautifully "lit up at dusk" pass our door. Canal Cruise Boats out of nearby ports and, of course, graceful multi-sailed schooners keep you continually awed.
